Hi everyone :)

I missed a lot of postures these past few days, so I did all tonight !
Day 9 : Dolphin pose, so bad ! :/ My shoulders are too close of my head… This posture was so difficult for me !
Day 10 :  I can’t do a headstand :(
Day 11: wide legged stretch instead of inversion !
Day 12 : prep for 8 angle pigeon…
Day 13 : my attempt to a mermaid pose, ouch ! 

My intention for tonight : think about my week-end and positive. 
Sorry about the messy background, we are going to move out soon so I’m starting to pack some stuff !
